They forwarded the emails that they were sending to the other landlords as well as the replies they were receiving back. It was very comforting that our concerns were taken seriously & were being acted on.

Due to the fact that a new gardener was taking over it took a while but with the perseverance of Josh it eventually happened. So now I can see through my railings which is just lovely. Thank you to all.
