    If I could put 0 stars I would.
    This shop is great if your a fake person trying to be someone your not. A hole staff and store owner definitely coaches them that way. No customer service at all. This shop needs to move out of the shire and back to the east.

    A really interesting store that sells fashionable clothing, shoes and accessories for most occasions. Its spread out over 2 floors with the casual clothing downstairs and more formal clothing upstairs. There are some stunning items here. Worth a looksee.

    Thank you so much for your amazing customer service! Truly! For the past couple of weeks I’ve been looking for a particular pair of sunglasses, so I began calling around to different stores with my enquiry. When calling Roar, they answered the phone so wonderfully and were so happy to help. It really made my day. It isn’t a regular occurrence for customer service to even answer the phone with common curtesy. Roar goes above and beyond and I’m so happy to have found a boutique with such an amazing range just around the corner from where I live. I’ll definitely continue shopping with them.

    Terrible customer service. I rang to enquire about a product as they were detailed as a stockist, I was abruptly told no stock available, they don’t know when the stock will arrive and to call back EVERY DAY to find out when the product had arrived!!
